1. Eligibility and Age Restriction

1.1 The ckl444 Platform is intended exclusively for adult users. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game, bet, or promotion on the Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced.

1.2 By completing registration, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. ckl444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point. If you are unable to provide satisfactory evidence, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals withheld pending verification.

1.3 You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal body. Accounts registered in the name of an organisation are not permitted.

1.4 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with any applicable laws, regulations, or local rules in your jurisdiction. ckl444 makes no representation that the services offered on this Platform are appropriate, available, or lawful in all jurisdictions.

1.5 ckl444 does not knowingly permit access by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. If you are accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and ckl444 accepts no liability arising from such access.

2. Account Registration and Maintenance

2.1 To access the full range of services on the ckl444 Platform, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update that information promptly if it changes.

2 .2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ckl444 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. ckl444 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.

2.3 You must keep your username, password, and any security credentials strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ckl444 support immediately at [email protected].

2.4 ckl444 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account or close an existing account without providing a reason, subject to returning any confirmed balance owed to the player after deducting applicable fees or pending wagering obligations.

2.5 Account registration is free of charge. ckl444 will never charge a fee to open an account.

2.6 You must not allow any other person to use your account. Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to another individual is strictly prohibited.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 ckl444 applies Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or when account balances reach specified thresholds.

3.2 Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required.

3.3 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3.4 All documents submitted to ckl444 are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting documents, you consent to their use for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.

4. Deposits

4.1 All deposits to your ckl444 account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. ckl444 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another individual, or deposits originating from a payment method that does not belong to the account holder.

4.2 Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your ckl444 account balance upon confirmation. ckl444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile banking networks, or technical outages outside our control.

4.4 All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). If a deposit is made in a different currency, a currency conversion may be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.5 ckl444 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ckl444 in writing.

5.2 Before a withdrawal is processed, your account must pass KYC verification as described in Section 3. ckl444 will not process withdrawal requests to unverified accounts.

5.3 Any active bonus funds or free bet credits must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of the associated winnings can be processed.

5.4 ckl444 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, national holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5.5 ckl444 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per week. Current limits are displayed within your account at the point of withdrawal.

5.6 If ckl444 reasonably suspects that a withdrawal request is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, ckl444 may delay, withhold, or cancel the withdrawal pending investigation. ckl444 will not be liable for any losses arising from a withdrawal that is delayed or refused on these grounds.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 ckl444 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are displayed at the point of opt-in. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus only.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus funds or any winnings generated from bonus funds is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit, and any game contribution rates will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using arbitrage betting strategies, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional conditions — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in the permanent closure of your account.

6.4 ckl444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be given a reasonable period to complete any wagering requirement before the promotion is withdrawn.

6.5 Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash (except in accordance with the relevant wagering requirements), or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the ckl444 Platform are subject to the applicable game rules and sportsbook rules, which are available within the relevant game or betting market. By placing a bet or wager, you accept those rules.

7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ckl444 reserves the right to void or cancel a bet in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: technical errors resulting in incorrect odds, manifest data entry errors, or evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation.

7.3 ckl444 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games, including slots, table games, and virtual sports. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi) under their own certified dealing procedures. ckl444 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.4 In sports betting markets, ckl444 offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting on a range of events including BPL T20 cricket, IPL, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are subject to change and are only fixed at the time a bet is confirmed.

7.5 ckl444 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount, maximum payout, or maximum number of concurrent bets per player at any time, at its sole discretion.

7.6 Winnings generated from voided or cancelled bets will not be paid out. In the case of a void bet, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the ckl444 Platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to do so;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other player accounts, or ckl444's internal systems;
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any form of cheating;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ckl444 staff or other players;
• Acting in any manner that ckl444 reasonably considers to be harmful, offensive, or illegal.

8.2 ckl444 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance and pending winnings, reporting to relevant authorities, and recovery of losses through legal proceedings.

11.3 ckl444's total liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your ckl444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 ckl444 is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of your own decisions, including decisions to gamble amounts beyond your means. Gambling involves risk and you should only ever wager funds that you can afford to lose.
